Today I got my cast removed and 16 stitches removed. I was given a copy of the op report and found out that the surgeon repaired three torn tendons and relocated my ulnar nerve. He reattached the tendons with an anchor.

After taking off the cast I was fitted with a terribly annoying brace which I have to wear 24/6. The thing is a pain in the ass to sleep in. I was also told not to lift anything with my arm. That means NOTHING; and no driving for a few more months. It does still hurt and is very uncomfortable because there are stitches on each side of my elbow. It is hard to get comfortable. I also have a major lack of energy. I am looking forward to getting back to the gym to start getting back into shape.
